SHIPPING POLICY

Europe: 5-10 business days.

Rest of the world: 10-21 business days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you will be happy with our supplement, but if you are not completely satisfied you will find below the terms of return.

 

The return policy does not affect the statutory rights you may have under applicable law, including your statutory right to cancel or your statutory warranty.

YOUR RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR MIND (CANCEL / RETURN)

Pursuant to the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date you received the product to notify us that you wish to return the product. We must receive products you return to us within 14 days after you notify us of your intention to return the products.

Orders canceled in accordance with these regulations are entitled to a refund of the standard postage you paid for delivery of your order, but you are responsible for paying postage that arises on return of the products you wish to cancel to us.

Products must be returned to us in the condition you received them, including keeping the product packaging intact. You lose the right to return the product if you close a hygiene seal or damage the product packaging. We will inspect the product when we receive it.

HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCT

Send us an email at:info@blackstuff.no to notify us that you want to exercise your 14-day cancellation policy and return the product. Enter name, home address, order details, etc., telephone number and e-mail address.

DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If you believe that the product you have ordered is damaged or defective, you can contact us via email at info@blackstuff.no and we will let you know how to return the product.

REFUND

Refunds will be processed when we receive your returned products. Refunds can take up to 10 business days and will be credited to the original card you paid with.

EXCLUSIONS FOR REIMBURSEMENT

You cannot return a product that has broken the hygiene seal or if the original packaging is damaged. You have the right to reasonably inspect the product as you would in a store, but you may not return products you have used unless you return them because they are damaged or defective.
